this facility is also right past the Chippenham parkway overpass and the beginning of Richmond city limits.

this building used to be a Kmart many years ago and is seen more than a decade of no use before they open up Rosie's gaming. I wish I could give it a stellar review unfortunately I really didn't even get past the front door. Today I was driving by and thought this would be a great time to pay this establishment a visit and see exactly what it is compared to real casinos. I've been meaning to visit this establishment for almost 2 years but never seem to get the time or remember to do it.
